We stand behind GridMind. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and use the order lookup with the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@gridmindepc.com and we will initiate the refund on your behalf.

What is refundable

All GridMind subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) — monthly or annual — are covered by the 30-day guarantee, calculated from the date of the original charge. After the 30-day window, monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the following cycle. Annual plans are non-refundable after the 30-day window, but you retain access until the end of the paid period.

Processing time

Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.
