About GridMind EPC

GridMind EPC exists because the utility-scale solar industry runs on tools that were never designed for it — a jumble of spreadsheets, generic PM software, and disconnected SCADA portals. Every EPC we spoke with described the same friction: engineering handoffs lost in email, cost estimates rebuilt from scratch on every bid, proposals cobbled together in Word, and monitoring living in a different vendor cloud for every project.

What we build

GridMind is an AI-native operating system for solar EPC contractors — one workspace that spans engineering, cost estimation, proposals, procurement, delivery, and long-term O&M. The system is built on modern web infrastructure, secured by Postgres row-level security, and enhanced with AI where it materially reduces the time engineers and PMs spend on repetitive work.
